Winspear Opera House

Winspear Opera House is part of the AT&T Performing Arts Center complex.
Named for patrons Margot and Bill Winspear, the Winspear Opera House was built in 2009 as a modern interpretation of the traditional opera house structure. Designed by British architect Spencer De Grey, the design features a breath-taking glass facade that wraps around the main building and acoustics specifically tailored to Opera and Musical Theatre performances. It is home to the Dallas Opera as well as the Texas Ballet Theatre and welcomes top touring Broadway productions regularly.
The Music Hall at Fair Park has 3,420 seats in the facility. It is located in Dallas, in Texas's Fair Park, and opened in 1925. The building is of Spanish Baroque style with Moorish architectural influences. In 1999 the theater was refurbished and updated. Due to the large spacious area at the Music Hall, the venue is known as a venue for Broadway musicals, as well as other larger public and private events. The Music Hall is currently home to the Dallas Summer Musicals and was home to the Dallas Opera from 1957 to 2009.
The Majestic Theatre first opened as a Vaudeville theatre in 1921. After major restoration, the Theatre reopened on January 28, 1983 as a performing arts venue. The Majestic Theatre is one of the most historic, elegant performing arts centres in the area. Productions at this venue range concert tours and comedy shows, to smaller local cultural events, dance and musical productions.
The Texas Trust CU Theatre at Grand Prairie has a seating capacity of 6,350, and was designed to host a wide variety of shows and productions including Broadway, pop, country, rock, comedy and family shows. The venue also hosts other events including Christian Worship Services. The theatre has been called "the theater of the future" by many touring artists.
