Lightwire Theater: A Very Electric Christmas

Lightwire Theater: A Very Electric Christmas at Majestic Theater

Why see Lightwire Theater: A Very Electric Christmas?

Taking Christmas Lights to a whole new level

Lightwire Theater are an innovative performance troupe who combine puppetry, dance and neon lighting to spectacular effect. Formed by dancers Ian Carney and Corbin Popp, the company uses electroluminescent wire, a lightweight copper material that glows when a small current from a battery is passed through it. This allows the team to let their imaginations run wild in designing all manner of puppets and costumes that come to life when the lights go off. They came to nationwide attention when they appeared on the seventh season of America's Got Talent, progressing all the way to the semifinals.

A Very Electric Christmas is Lightwire Theater's magical festive show, packed full of glow-in-the-dark candy canes, Christmas trees and much more. It also features an eclectic holiday soundtrack, including everyone from Tchaikovsky to Mariah Carey. For something a little different this December, take the family to this unique show!
