Evan Dando put on an uneven and anxiety riddled performance leading The Lemonheads on Wednesday November 26, 2025. He seemed anxious running around trying to fix things before the band started performing. At times muddled and over-distorted, it was often tough to make out any of the lyrics and chords. It seemed like he was unsure of himself. Even when he was hitting his chords and lyrics with clarity, he would go back to his safety zone of over distortion. His next anxiety filled point was when trying to get his acoustic guitar to work through the amplifier, which it was. It was just not very loud and just needed a small tweak. But he unplugged completely and went off mic with opener, Erin Rae, for a few songs that were largely unheard in the back. He ended the show oddly while sitting on the edge of the stage before rolling backwards and to his feet. Up and down show. Lots of positives, but I will unfortunately remember the oddities most.
