The New Jack Swing pioneer heads this nostalgic concert
Teddy Riley and a whole bunch of famous friends return to the Verizon Theatre for the second Flashback Fest! A combination of hip-hop, pop and dance music, New Jack Swing was the definitive sound of late 80s and early 90s America, and at its head was Teddy Riley. Spearheading the genre as both a performer and producer, his most notable moments include his group Backstreet's number 1 single 'No Diggity', and his production work on Michael Jackson's 1991 album Dangerous.
Among those joining teddy at the Verizon are New Edition's Bobby Brown and Grammy-winning trio RnB SVW. Also on the bill are Backstreet with Dave Hollister, Kool Moe Dee, Wreckx N Effects, Big Bub From Today and Al B. Sure.
